SNOOKER icon Mark Williams revealed he is afraid of tea bags, live on the BBC.
Williams, a three-time snooker world champion, spilled the tea during the broadcasters’ coverage of Neil Robertson and Barry Hawkins’ game at the Welsh Open.

The pair were clashing in the quarter finals of the event, and with Hawkins taking a 3-1 lead over Robertson at the halfway point.
But as BBC went to the studio mid-session, host Catrin Heledd declared “you learn a lot about people in a half hour frame of snooker”.
Fortunately fans didn’t have to wait for long to find out what she was talking about, as she revealed her comment was directed at Williams, who was in the studio as a pundit.
Heledd revealed Williams – who snubbed a private Snoop Dogg concert for the snooker earlier this week – had a phobia of tea bags.
Williams looked stunned at the public airing of the revelation, saying: “I can’t believe you said it live on air.”
The comment sparked laughter, before he added: “Now, I’m in trouble now.”
Heledd replied by saying: “You can’t tell me these things and not expect me to tell the nation.”
She then revealed there was a name for the unorthodox phobia; diclebgophobia.

Upon hearing his diagnosis, Williams joked: “Great I can’t wait to get out of here now.

Heledd offered an apology following the light-hearted conversation, before the studio spoke about the snooker action once again.
Diclebgophobia is joined in the tea fearing front by Tepidophobia; a fear of poorly brewed tea, and Sakoulaphobia; a fear of bags.
Hawkins ended up surviving a spirited comeback from Robertson after the Aussie pulled the match back to 3-3, emerging as the 5-3 victor by winning the final two frames to clinch the match.
