ENGLAND legend Ben Stokes has revealed that he suffered horrific facial injuries after being hit by a cricket ball.
The 34-year-old shared a selfie on social media today, showing off his wounds.
Stokes could be seen with a swollen black eye, a cut on his cheek and a bloody nose.
Despite the injuries, he did make light of the situation by commenting: “You should see the state of the cricket ball,” with a laughing face emoji.
