BOOTS has urgently recalled an eye cream over a “skin damage” risk, warning shoppers to ‘stop using it immediately’.
The urgent warning applies after tests found the product does not offer the sun protection promised on its label.

Boots and TK Max have pulled the Hello Sunday The One For Your Eyes Mineral Eye Cream SPF50 following quality checks that revealed the SPF level was lower than advertised.
Hello Sunday said it was “voluntarily” recalling the product after further testing raised concerns.
Because the cream may not provide adequate sun protection, customers could face a higher risk of sun-related skin damage.
The retailer has now pulled the product from shelves in stores and online and are urging customers to “stop using it immediately”.
Shoppers who bought the 15ml eye cream are being told to return it to the store they purchased it from for a full refund.
The recall affects all batch numbers and expiry dates.
A Boots spokesperson said: “”Recent test results by the brand showed the product failed to meet the level of SPF stated on the product label.
“As such, the product is being immediately recalled.
“Customers are asked to stop using the product immediately and to return the product to the point of sale for a full refund.
“If customers purchased the product through an authorised retail partner, they should contact them directly for a refund.
“If you purchased the product from Boots, please return to your local store for a refund.”
