One of the reasons why the Democrats and the radical left are upping the ante on impeding ICE and pushing riots is simple: the Trump administration is starting to make real progress on rooting out fraud. While the riots are slowing down, more direct action is being implemented, including “citizen checkpoints” that are, shall we say, “vigorously enforced.”

It’s no secret that Minneapolis is ground zero for the “protests,” but, unsurprisingly, Los Angeles has suddenly emerged as another hotspot over the past week or so.

There is a very simple reason why the violence is kicking up in Los Angeles, and it is exactly the same one as the recent focus on Minneapolis: to cover up and make it difficult to investigate massive fraud. While, by percentage of government spending per capita, Minnesota’s fraud is so far the largest, California will certainly blow past it in terms of total dollars.

“In this four-block area in Los Angeles, there are 42 hospices! So either there are a lot of people dying here or you’ve got a fraudulent activity that is so good that everyone wants to get in on it!”
“There are apparently quite a few hospices around here, 42 within a four-block radius. And these guys stole $16 million, and listen carefully, the main guy went to jail for two years, stealing $16 million. It’s a good trade-off for a lot of folks.”

There is a lot of overlap in the spending areas targeted for fraud, with home healthcare being a favorite, apparently, but the particular groups involved are demographically different. In Minnesota, it is Somalis who were recruited to pillage the state, but in L.A. it is the Eastern European mafia that runs the show.
And that show is LARGE. 18% of all Medicare home healthcare spending is in Los Angeles County, which is six times the county’s share of the US population.

The fraud being exposed in California is INSANE

– With almost 2,000 hospice agencies, Los Angeles County has more than 36 states combined and 30X MORE than the whole state of Florida and New York
“How is that possible? And take a look at this map, a cluster of 287 hospice providers, in a two-mile radius, some in strip malls, unmarked buildings, even a wrecking yard and vacant lot. All of it is just paperwork. I could fill that out in Kazakhstan if I want and get a hospice license waiting for me.”
The storefront “hospice” is, apparently, a favorite for stealing federal dollars. Apparently, the State of California is perfectly fine with vacant buildings and wrecking yards, perhaps thinking that they are good places to remind people that death is stalking them.
Or, perhaps, they are in on the fraud. All that money that gets smurfed through ActBlue has to come from somewhere, after all.
If you have ever wondered where all that money we pour into welfare and social insurance programs actually goes, we are starting to get a good idea. Needless to say, it is not in alleviating the suffering of anybody but organized crime institutions that work hard to keep getting their co-conspirators elected.
Democrats NEED all the focus to be on something flashier than fraud, and need just as much their base to be in a state of perpetual moral outrage and inclined to distrust anything that comes out of the Trump administration, no matter how obviously true. You can SHOW them the evidence, and they will simply reject it and close their eyes and ears.
They are on a moral crusade. As the media keeps feeding you stories about “Bait Boy,” tens of billions of dollars in fraud are being exposed, and so far, they have only looked at a relatively small percentage of the spending.
The scale is difficult to comprehend, and it makes you wonder what percentage of the US economy is driven by outright scams.
