ALISHA LEHMANN shared a bizarre workout with her Love Island boyfriend Montel McKenzie.
The couple went official last month as Lehmann celebrated her 27th birthday.
The pair appeared gushing over each other and shared a corny workout video together.
Lehmann and Montel played kick-ups with a football before performing acrobatics.
At one point they kissed the ball at the same time and then began doing press-ups while carrying each other.
Montel also carried Lehmann on his shoulders before they hugged, with some fans suggesting she was trying to make Douglas Luiz jealous.
Lehmann dated Luiz, who is on loan at Aston Villa from Nottingham Forest, off and on between 2021 and 2025.
They called things off last May as Luiz was keen to leave Juventus and Turin, but Lehmann wanted to stay.
Lehmann is now back in the UK too with Leicester Women, and she met Montel after the pair met a Baller League.
A source told The Sun: “It hasn’t been much of a secret within the Baller League set up.

“They hit it off straight away have been going on dates afterwards.
“Alisha has been flying him to her Como apartment for sneaky weekend breaks for a while now, I don’t think Montel could believe his luck.
“Everyone is really happy for them, although initially everyone thought it was going to be just a casual thing.”
Some fans shared their concern for Luiz after the video was posted, with one saying: “Douglas Luiz: 😔😭”
Another added: “Trying to make Douglas Luiz jealous lol.”
