DISGRACED Andrew must testify over his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, said Sir Keir Starmer as he piles pressure onto the former prince.
The PM called on Andrew to take to the stand for the sake of the victims in his strongest warning yet.

Sir Keir said “Epstein’s victims have to be the first priority” and added that Andrew’s continued refusal means he is not “victim centred”.
This comes as another victim alleged Andrew abused her in a haunting testimony that appeared in the Epstein files released on Friday.
The files show a statement the woman gave to the FBI in which she alleged she had been trafficked by the millionaire paedophile and “abused terribly by both” him and Andrew.
The July 2020 submission read: “I have been trafficked to Epstein. He and Andrew have dragged me through hell and back.
“They tore me and hurt the very soul of me. He became a controller and sexually abused me.”
After last night’s pressure from the PM, should Andrew take the stand?
