Horse racing tips: ‘Won both chase runs and has way more to come’

A jockey on a horse during a race with the text "TEMPLEGATE'S TIPS".

TEMPLEGATE tackles Sunday’s racing confident of success.

Read his tips for the British action below – and don’t miss his selections for Sunday’s action from Dublin Racing Festival.

KOUKEO (1.55 Musselburgh, nap)

Has won both chase runs and had plenty in hand at Haydock last time. A 6lb rise is fair and he has more to come for Jonjo O’Neill.

DOUBLE POWERFUL (3.40 Musselburgh, nb)

Hasn’t had much luck this season but was a good second back over hurdles at Kempton last time and likes this testing trip.

SMURFETTE (2.55 Market Rasen, treble)

Is very consistent and went close again at Uttoxeter last time, suggesting that win is close.

INIS OIRR (3.05 Musselburgh, Lucky 15)

Has won this race before and big chance again if in the right sort of mood.
