FANS are going to want to stay up or set their alarm as Teofimo Lopez and Shakur Stevenson collide in a huge world title fight in New York.
Three-division champion Stevenson steps up to the 140lb super-lightweight division to challenge for Lopez’s WBO title.
The 2016 Olympic silver medalist is considered one of boxing’s top talents ready to shine on the big stage.
And he finally gets his shot to showcase his talent in front of the bright lights against Lopez – the boxing’s most hot and cold star.
Lopez has iconic wins over Vasiliy Lomachenko and Josh Taylor but suffered defeat to George Kambosos Jr in between.
He then beat Sandor Martin and Jamaine Ortiz in equally controversial decisions – proving to be an inconsistent and unpredictable performer.
But Lopez fans will hope the enigmatic champ will show up when it matters most – in perhaps his most important bout of all.
