CELEBS Go Dating is officially underway as the new batch of famous faces jetted to Tenerife today to begin filming the new series.
The stars are said to be raring to go as they attempt to find love on the E4 show – putting their trust in the agents hands.
England rugby ace James Haskell, Married At First Sight favourite Lucinda Light and Love Island beauty Gabby Allen were seen arriving at Gatwick airport on Saturday morning as they jet to the Spanish island.
A source told The Sun: “Taking the celebs abroad and stripping them from their routines, responsibilities and real-life distractions offers the perfect opportunity for them to form genuine connections.
“Whether a holiday romance can translate to real life remains to be seen.”
James, who split from Richard and Judy Madeley’s daughter and fitness enthusiast Chloe in October 2023, looked
The sports star, 40, looked dapper in a white t-shirt, black trousers and a black jacket while wheeling his two suitcases.
Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins winner Gabby, 33, flashed a big smile as she strolled through the terminal with her suitcase.
She opted for a casual look with white leggings, a hooded jumper with a cap on and some UGG boots.
And Australian reality star Lucinda, 44, who failed to find love on the E4 experiment in 2024, is once again handing over her love life to the agents.
Lucinda looked stylish in a brown jacket, beige trousers and a sun hat.
They will be joined by Ibiza Weekender star David Potts, rapper Professor Green and Loose Women‘s Coleen Nolan.
The rest of the gang are also flying out today via different airports.
While Hollyoaks‘ Stephanie Davis is rumoured to be joining as a latecomer.
The celebrities will begin their dating journeys next week as they head off on their first dates.
Following the success of last year’s format shake-up, which saw the celebs whisked abroad at the very start of the series, the agents are once again taking the experiment overseas.
The celebrities will be living together under one roof in a shared luxury villa, as they continue to explore connections with the dates they’ve chosen to invite on the trip.
The Sun exclusively revealed the line-up earlier this month.
Gabby is on a reality TV roll right now having won All Stars last year and taken part in an emotionally draining series of Celebrity SAS.
This time she wants to look for Mr Right away from the villa and is keen to learn all she can from the experts nearly a year after splitting from Casey O’Gorman.
She said: “From taking on the Celebrity SAS course to heading into the
dating battlefield – I can’t wait to join the agency!
“I’m ready to try something new, enjoy the experience and hopefully meet a someone along the way.”
Whole James is no shrinking violet. He’ll bring big personality to the show and lots of laughs, but may also reveal his lesser seen sensitive side.
His divorce from Chloe was much publicised in 2023, but the pair remained friends and committed to co-parenting daughter Bodhi.
Last year he had a very short-lived fling with Big Brother star Sara McLean but James wasn’t ready for things to get serious.
He shared: “I’m buzzing to be joining the agency. I’m at a stage in my life
where I have a clear sense of who I am and what I want, which feels great.
“I’m looking forward to meeting amazing people, having some fun, and hopefully creating something meaningful through the experience. Either way, I’m sure it’ll be a good laugh and I’ll learn a lot along the way.”
Aussie reality star Lucinda was the first celebrity to put pen to paper for the new series.
Her bright and bubbly personality has endeared her to UK viewers, who were invested in her TV marriage to MAFS Australia hubby Tim Smith, 52.
However, the pair failed to make their marriage work and decided to leave the process after failing to strike up a proper romantic connection.
Since then, Lucinda has landed big media gigs in the UK, most notably on MAFS UK: It’s Official! – the weekly podcast for the show – and as co-host of E4’s Honesty Box with Vicky Pattison.
She said: “I’m outrageously excited for this wild journey into dating these
hunky UK men!
“I’m ready to try something different, I’ve given the Aussie blokes a go and I’m ready for the Northern Hemisphere schmoozing!”
