A HACKED Off campaigner plotted to help complainants in Prince Harry’s privacy trial get round a time limit for action, the High Court heard.

Dr Evan Harris, 60, allegedly recruited actress Sadie Frost and ex-minister Sir Simon Hughes to join the lawsuit.

He then colluded with website Byline Investigates to publish articles in 2019 to meet the six-year limit, said lawyers for Daily Mail publisher Associated Newspapers

Former Lib Dem MP Dr Harris rejected claims of such a conspiracy.

Associated Newspapers strongly denies allegations its journalists hired private eyes to gather information unlawfully.

The High Court case involving seven claimants, including Harry, continues.
