EMMERDALE’S Kelvin Fletcher has revealed he’s raking in £78k A YEAR with a lucrative side hustle – and it’s NOT from his farming TV show.
Despite the actor, 42, leaving the ITV soap a decade ago, he is still pulling in the a huge amount of cash every week, and The Sun can reveal how he’s doing it.
These days Kelvin spends his time running the Fletchers’ Family Farm with his wife Liz Fletcher, and together they have found a lucrative side hustle.
When they bought their huge property in Sutton, Cheshire, they renovated a house that sits on their land.
And it is thanks to this cosy home, called Stag Cottage, that Kelvin and his family are raking in the money.
This is because the actor rents out the cottage for a whopping £1,500 a week.

Today, Kelvin revealed on Instagram how the property is now fully booked for the rest of the year, and he is now taking reservations for 2027.
With this in mind, the TV star is set to rake in around £78K this year.
The renovated home is nestled on the Fletcher’s Family Farm, which is in Peak District.
The cottage sleeps up to six, there’s a sitting room with a woodburning log fire, and also a big cosy couch for relaxing on.
Guests can cook up a feasts in the stylish kitchen which has a central island and is fully-equipped.
There are three bedrooms, which includes the master which has an en-suite.
Those lucky enough to stay there can also use the hot tub in the garden which opens out on to stunning views of the Peak District.
If that wasn’t enough, there is also a grand piano for guests to use.
It’s no wonder visitors are flocking to book up the posh pad.
One guest wrote this month: “The property was beautiful with lots of little touches for home comforts and attention to detail to make it so easy to relax!
“There is nothing I could think to improve our stay or anything that was missing – the information pack is very informative.”
Hinting that Kelvin himself had even popped to check on his guests, the visitor wrote: “And we had check ins from the host who supported us in a timely manner with a query!”
Kelvin shot to fame in 1996 as child star in Emmerdale, playing Andy Sugden.
However he shocked fans in 2016 when he quit the Dales for good.
In 2019, Kelvin wowed when he proved to be an incredible dancer, and scooped the Strictly Come Dancing crown.
These days his time is taken up on his beloved farm.
