HELENA Ford admitted that she’s “slid into the DMs” of a highly famous footballer but never heard anything back.
The Love Island beauty, 29, sat down with All Stars for their best bits last night, where all the islanders were asked to open up about their celebrity crushes.
Honest answers swirled around the villa ranging from actresses to cartoon character Daphne from Scooby Doo and even host Maya Jama herself.
But Helena didn’t just share who she fancied. She also admitted to having messaged him multiple times online – despite never hearing back.
“Okay, Ronaldo for a start. Cristiano Ronaldo,” she said.
“Absolute smash, ten out of ten. DM’ed him as well, a few times.
“Definitely didn’t get a reply.”
Though she was snubbed by Ronaldo, Helena did have luck in the past with a different footballer who slid into her DMs after her time on the show’s twelfth season.
Speaking to Bristol Post’s Screen Time team earlier this month, Helena confessed that English footballer and former Islander Ronnie Vint contacted her privately and that she would “definitely give [him] a chance”.
“Ronnie was a weird one because when I came out of the show, everyone had said ‘You and Ronnie should be together’
“I think it’s because we’ve got really similar personalities so we joked about the conversation, like ‘Shall we give it a go?’. But he is a really nice boy.
“We’ve been at a couple of the same events since I’ve come out but I’ve never properly got to get to know him or anything, so I’d definitely give that a chance.
“He’s funny as well. I feel like he’s got a good personality, but might be a bit of a menace.”
Helena has been having a tough time so far on all stars, struggling to find a connection.
She appeared rather happy couple up with Shaq Muhammad, but he recoupled with bombshell AJ Bunker after they shared a number of kisses.
AJ was voted out of the villa, leaving Helena all alone.
Her and Shaq gave things another go but he decided he had more of a connection with Belle Hassan and called things quits.
She didn’t have much luck last time she was on Love Island either, in the summer season of 2025.
Helena coupled up with Harry Cooksley but their connection ended due to a messy love triangle forming with Shakira Khan.
Harry ultimately chose Shakira over Helena, ending their back and forth relationship.
