NFL lovers are set to pile into the Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara for another blockbuster Super Bowl bonanza – but fans want to know if President Donald Trump will be in attendance.
Trump, 79, attended last year’s clash and witnessed the Philadelphia Eagles’ comfortable win over four-time champions Kansas City Chiefs.

But the President of the United States has been critical of this year’s half time performer Bad Bunny.
Back in October 2025, an unimpressed Trump said:
“I never heard of him,” Trump told Newsmax when asked about Bad Bunny’s selection, via The Daily Mail.
“I don’t know who he is, I don’t know why they’re doing it, it’s like, crazy.
“I think it’s absolutely ridiculous.”
And these scathing comments has left many wondering whether the President will even turn up to the iconic event.
Will Donald Trump be at the Super Bowl?

Speaking to the New York Post about the chosen performers, Trump said: “I’m anti-them. I think it’s a terrible choice. All it does is sow hatred. Terrible.”
Trump then revealed the real reason why he is not planning on being at Super Bowl 60.
He said: “It’s just too far away. I would. I’ve [gotten] great hands [at] the Super Bowl. They like me.
“I would go if, you know, it was a little bit shorter.”
What has Bad Bunny said?
Speaking on Saturday Night Live last year, Bad Bunny said:
“I am very excited to be doing the Super Bowl and I know that people all around the world who love my music are also happy.
“Especially all of the Latinos and Latinas in the world here in the United States who have worked to open doors,” he added, switching to Spanish.
“It’s more than a win for myself, it’s a win for all of us.
“Our footprints and our contribution in this country, no one will ever be able to take that away or erase it.”
What did NFL commissioner Roger Goodell say?
Despite the controversy surrounding the half time show, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has confirmed that there has been no consideration of a change.
Goodell said: “It’s carefully thought through.
“I’m not sure we’ve ever selected an artist where we didn’t have some blowback or criticism. It’s pretty hard to do when you have literally hundreds of millions of people that are watching.”
He added: “We’re confident it’s going to be a great show. He understands the platform that he’s on, and I think it’s going to be exciting and a united moment.
“He’s one of the leading and most popular entertainers in the world. That’s what we try to achieve. It’s an important stage for us. It’s an important element to the entertainment value.”
