PRINCE Harry returned to the High Court yesterday to support Liz Hurley as she gave evidence in their showdown with the Daily Mail publisher.
Harry, 41, put a comforting hand on her son Damian’s shoulder as the 23-year-old watched his mum break down in tears in the witness box.
She said she believed “with all my heart” that her phone chats were tapped and her windowsills bugged by private investigators hired by Associated Newspapers.
Hurley, 60, claimed information was garnered when she was pregnant with her son and she was “mortified” he would one day read articles about her paternity battle with his father, Steve Bing.
She is one of seven seeking damages over alleged unlawful information gathering.
The publisher denies all claims and the case continues.
