Derek Chisora mysteriously signs contract as he claims 50th fight is sealed amid rumours he’ll face Deontay Wilder

DEREK CHISORA claims to have signed the contract for his 50th fight.

The 42-year-old has hit a hot streak since his 2022 trilogy loss to Tyson Fury, with one-win-a-year since, against Gerald Washington, Joe Joyce and Otto Wallin.

And he posted a video of himself on social media signing a four-page document he claims is the terms on the milestone clash.

The IBF sanctioning body has Del Boy ranked right below unified world champion Oleksandr Usyk.

But the undefeated Ukraine icon understandably has no interest in a rerun of his 2020 win over the Zimbabwe-born brawler.

In November Chisora teased a needless third fight with Dillian Whyte, but that collapsed before it got going.

And sources in America now claim he is finalising a deal with 40-year-old knockout phenomenon Deontay Wilder.

However SunSport understands Chisora is under contract with Frank Warren’s Queensberry promotions and that the speculation is over inflated.

Chisora – a regular star on SunSport’s No Glove Lost YouTube show – claimed he turned down £2million to fight rapidly rising Moses Itauma in August, paving the way for Whyte to suffer a savage first-round KO.

The 36-16 veteran told us: ““They offered it to me.

“But I turned it down because I’m mandatory for the IBF.

“I told them I will stay in my position for the IBF.”

Usyk is holding up the division, while he plans the final couple of fights before the end of his iconic career.

And Wilder has been at the top of that list as he’s the only celebrated big man of the Usyk generation that the gap-toothed southpaw has not yet faced.

Chisora has been offered a bout with Russia-backed Murat Gassiev, as part of the IBA’s new promotional outfit.

But we understand those talks have not gone past the earliest stages.
