LOVE Island fans have been left panicked after claiming voiceover Iain Stirling was a virtual no-show during the latest All Stars episode.
Their fears – expressed on multiple posts on Reddit – came after the Scottish presenter admitted he was “miffed” over a huge show change.
During Sunday’s episode, an intense re-coupling saw the partnerships switched up.
It also revealed a romantic connection between two show bombshells and one male OG star branded “controlling” and a “red flag”.
Yet despite all the drama, fans claimed 37-year-old Iain‘s witty remarks were few and far between.
One wrote: “Where’s Iain Stirling ???? I just noticed he’s wasn’t doing the voiceover.”
A second posted: “He made fun of Charlie’s fluffy shoeslaces, but other than that its so dead in there he is struggling.”
A third then quizzed: “Omg where IS Iain?!”
One remarked: “There’s nothing to say LMFAOOOOO”.
IAIN’S ‘MIFFED’
Iain was on screens later than expected, after filming was delayed due to the wildfire blazes raging around Cape Town.
The new launch date was then confirmed for Thursday, January 15 with an extra episode that aired on Saturday, January 17.
It marked the first time that a full-length episode has been screened on a Saturday.
However, speaking on today’s Good Morning Britain about the return of All Stars, Love Island narrator Iain revealed why he is “annoyed” at this.
In his usually humour he joked: “Now listen, I usually have Saturdays off.
“I’m not furious. I’m miffed! That is a big difference. Big difference.”

With a smile, Ian then added: “No, but I’m glad it’s back. And I’m thankful to everyone for being so patient.”
QUITTING TIME?
The dad of one’s future on the show was previously revealed after speculation of a shake-up.
In May, a fake TikTok account posing as Iain claimed the Scots-born star has “quit” the show.
With a broken heart emoji, it said Iain was walking away from the UK version of Love Island to focus on the US series instead.
In a sombre black post with white writing, it read: “It’s been a hectic few months for me and the Love Island team having to go back and forth on my decisions.
“Unfortunately I have quit being a voiceover for Love Island UK, however I will still be carrying on for the USA version.
“Making this decision wasn’t easy and Love Island UK will always have a special spot in my heart, words cannot describe how much love I have for every one of you and I wish best for the next voiceover [sic].”
Fans were sent into a spin over the fake message, despite ‘Iain’s’ poor grammar and use of the word “voiceover”, instead of “narrator”.
The Sun then exclusively revealed Iain, married to fellow TV host Laura Whitmore, WILL be returning to Love Island UK with his witty commentary this summer.
Insiders have told us that he is “fully expected” to be back.
A TV source says: “There have been rife rumours that Iain is quitting Love Island, but they’re just not true.
“He’s a huge part of the Love Island family and loved by fans.
“Iain is fully expected to make a return to the summer series.”
