Clarifications and Corrections | Daily Mail Online

An article on 3 November about the prosecution of a former British soldier said that he was accused of shooting a terrorist gunman named Eugene Devlin, who died a 1972 during an IRA ambush. In fact, the Eugene Devlin named in the case against Soldier B is a different individual who is alive and has denied any terrorist involvement or possession of a weapon. We apologise for the error and any confusion caused.
