CRYSTAL PALACE want Oliver Glasner to see out the season despite his extraordinary outburst this weekend.
Glasner, 51, held clear-the-air talks with chairman Steve Parish today after saying he felt “abandoned” following the pending sale of Marc Guehi to Manchester City.

The Austrian announced on Friday that he would leave the club at the end of his contract in the summer, having informed Parish of his decision in October.
After making it ten games without a win at Sunderland on Saturday, Glasner turned his guns on the Palace hierarchy following more than a year of frustration over their transfer dealings.
In a fiery post-match press conference, he said: “If your heart gets torn out twice in a season, one day before a game, once with [Eberechi] Eze in the summer, with Guehi now, it’s tough to survive and that’s how it feels right now.
“We feel that we are being abandoned, no support. We’re playing with 12, 13 players for weeks now and the bench is just kids.
“They’ve never played in a stadium, in an atmosphere like this and then I see the players, everybody is disappointed.
“Why I’m saying this is not to protect myself, I don’t care about me, but they need to be protected because they’re leaving their heart.
“And we made no substitutions because it would have been unfair and that’s why we are where we are.”
Glasner feels he has not been significantly backed after winning the FA Cup, Palace’s first major trophy, in May and then the Community Shield at the start of this season.

The Eagles considered his position, with Parish unhappy with Glasner’s public outburst and claim he only found out about Guehi’s exit on Friday.
That was despite the Palace boss effectively inviting Man City to make an offer in a press conference earlier this month.
Despite their obvious clash, talks were said to be positive on Sunday.
Even though they have not won since mid-December, Palace remain just five points off the top seven in the Premier League.
They also remain favourites to win the Conference League – which would see them qualify for the Europa League.
