Influencer Perrie Sian left ‘shaking with anger’ in furious rant about rude hotel guest who made her ‘explode’

AN INFLUENCER has been left ‘shaking with anger’ after a rude hotel guest made her “want to explode.”

Perrie Sian, a Primark-loving content creator recently travelled from the Maldives to Dubai, but not long after arriving, was left fuming after noticing some shocking behaviour from other travellers.

Posting on TikTok, Molly-Mae’s pal and fashion powerhouse erupted into a furious rant as she filmed herself in her hotel room.

The 34-year-old former call centre girl, who lives in Bedfordshire with her fiancé Ricci and their two dogs, Dolly and Olly, said: “Very random outburst for me, but it’s happened again tonight and I just feel that I need to talk about it to get off my chest.”

Perrie, who has fast become one of the UK’s most recognisable and biggest influencers, continued: “We’re in Dubai, you come across this anywhere, but I feel like in Dubai is where you come across it the most.

“It winds me up so much to the point I’m almost shaking with anger and I want to explode.”

Perrie questioned: “Why are there people out there that feel that it is ok, appropriate, or feel the need to be so rude and patronising and condescending and disrespectful to people that work in service-based jobs, whether it’s a waiter, a receptionist, a cleaner?

“Why are people so rude to staff that might be doing something for them? I cannot get it into my brain.

“Just because you’re staying in a nice hotel, does not mean that you are above everybody else and you get to speak to a waiter like s**t, that you get to speak to the person that’s serving your food like s**t.”

Best known for her sharp eye for fashion, flawless style and very candid takes on her high-street fashion hauls, the down-to-earth star added: “In Dubai is where I’ve seen it the most and I remember the first time I ever came to Dubai years and years ago, and I saw it and it actually took my breath away.”

As she struggled to get her words out, she acknowledged: “It makes me so angry I can’t speak – why can’t you just say please and thank you and be pleasant?

“These people are doing something for you – let’s be really honest, they are probably on minimum wage, they are not living the lifestyle that you’re living, quite clearly if you’re staying in a gorgeous five star hotel – why can’t you just pay people respect?”

Perrie, who has her own collection with Primark, shared her desire to “smack” entitled people.

She fumed: “It winds me up so much to the point where I wanna smack the person, obviously I can’t.

“I just feel the need to say it out loud, and I know that so many of you will be on the same page, but I just really find it so frustrating.”

Not only this, but the barefaced star, who just months ago joined forces with In The Style founder Adam Frisby to co-launch their womenswear fashion brand, Reasn, then recalled the recent situation she can’t get out of her mind.

Visibly very angry, she expressed: “It really, really gets under my skin and people think that they are so above these people, these lovely people that work so hard, work such long hours, are sometimes away from their families.

“It’s infuriating to me and I’ve seen it tonight and I can’t get out of my mind – someone being rude about asking for a scoop of ice cream, are you actually ok?”

More on Perrie Sian

HERE, Perrie Sian reveals all on her friendship with Molly-Mae, how she got famous and what sets her apart from others.

Speaking exclusively to Fabulous’ Kelly Allen, she says: “Molly-Mae’s honestly the most gorgeous person and she couldn’t have been more supportive of the things that I do.

“I’m so supportive of her and her brand and she is a really special person that’s deserves so much success. She’s a gorgeous person!”

Discussing how she got famous, Perrie adds: “I’ve always loved fashion and I used to share my fashion on Facebook – and then lockdown happened.

“I just decided that I had more time to share my favourite outfits so I started taking mirror photos and sharing my outfits.”

Then in 2021, she did something that gained her a whopping 80,000 social media followers in less than 24 hours.

Perrie recalls: “I actually did this giveaway that was quite iconic.

“I did a giveaway for a Dyson Airwrap and it exploded overnight, so I went from 40,000 followers to 120,000 literally overnight and that gave me that confidence of, ‘hold on a minute, I’ve been given an opportunity here. Take this seriously.’”

That same year, Perrie started collaborating with fast fashion giant In The Style – following in the footsteps of other big name influencers including Stacey Solomon and Jacqueline Jossa.

She went on to have 24-sell out collections, including the ‘Dubai Collection’ which sold over 18,000 units in just 15 minutes, and her success led to her appointment as In The Style’s first-ever Creative Director in July 2023.

Along with her work for In The Style and regularly promoting the new-in sections of Primark, Zara and H&M, other brand deals soon came rolling in and she worked on advertisements for GymShark, Calzedonia and Karen Millen.

While Perrie hasn’t been doing this for that long, she believes there’s something that sets her apart from others.

“For me I think something that’s different is that I’ve really connected with people that follow me,” she says.

“I DM people all the time, respond and chat and here we are over 3 million social media followers later.

“It’s just embedded in my brain to reply. I can’t explain it and get it probably isn’t sustainable, but it’s what I enjoy.

“I don’t enjoy just posting, I enjoy the community and the conversation that comes with it.

“So listen, it might sometimes just be an emoji or a love heart, but it’s my way of saying that I recognise you, I hear you. I recognise your support and I want you to know that it means a lot to me.”

She continues: “I will take the time to respond because I just think if it wasn’t for you guys, I wouldn’t be where I am. So that community feel is super important to me.”

Social media users react

Perrie’s TikTok clip has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 421,000 views in just 24 hours.

And it appears that Perrie isn’t the only one who can’t stand such behaviour, as her fans eagerly raced to the comments to share their thoughts on the situation, with many in agreement at the star’s frustration.

One person said: “Totally agree, treat others as you would want to be treat yourself….”

Another added: “People need to stay HUMBLE. ANYTHING can be taken away from you instantly so people need to think twice before treating others with disrespect.”

A third commented: “Couldn’t agree more. Manners cost nothing.”

Meanwhile, one travel fan chimed in: “Omg hate it!! Always notice this in Dubai.”

At the same time, someone else praised the influencer and penned: “Love you for this.”
