Dad rages as kids’ word search has WRONG letters in it while others spot ‘ominous’ message inside, can you see it?

A DAD left raging over his kid’s restaurant word search having the wrong letters printed in it has been told there’s an “ominous” message inside.

The father took to Reddit to share a picture of the puzzle his child had been given in the eatery, which had challenged him to find the words: sushi, rice, fish, cake, shrimp, steak and vegetable.

However, the dad said that after his son struggled to spot any of the words, he had a go himself.

And it was at that point that he realised the wrong set of search words had been printed.

“My kid was not pleased,” he wrote alongside the picture.

But unbeknownst to him, the word search actually had something else printed in it instead – which Reddit users quickly spotted.

In the second row down, there was the word ‘Help’, while the next row had ‘Me’ printed directly beneath it – spelling out “Help me”.

While another eagle-eyed reader said it actually said “Help me die”, with the E in ‘Die’ being the same letter, and connected diagonally to the ‘Me’.

“I’m alarmed,” one person wrote.

As others wondered if it was a similar situation to the shoppers who had discovered apparent hidden message on the labels of fast fashion items.

“Is there a word search making sweatshop?”

“Believe it or not, there is a word search making sweatshop,” another replied.

“Before AI, someone had to do this.

“It was mostly automated but I mean there’s employees somewhere in the process.”

“I think someone needs to go check this place out…” someone else said.

“This thread is taking a far more sinister turn than I expected.”

But someone else hit back at the claim, sighing: “Please don’t be serious.

“It’s been done by a program since they had the capacity to do so.

“It’s one of the basic projects I did when I started programming.”

As another said that there were actually some uplifting words printed in the word search – including “fantastic”, “excited” and “generous”.
