Love Island stunner Kady McDermott has revealed her “secret nose job” as she shared glam snaps post surgery.
The 30-year-old got her cast removed last week in Dubai and she was thrilled with the results.
Kady’s surgery came as quite a bombshell to fans as it appears this is the first time she’s publicly opened up about it.
The reality TV star skyrocketed to fame after appearing on season two of the hit summer dating show Love Island.
Influencer Kady flaunted her flawless new nose in a recent TikTok video and fans simply could not get over how good it looked.
She captioned the post: “That feeling when you get your nose cast off.”

In the background the sound playing said: “Wow, well this is gonna be my personality for the rest of my life.”
One fan said: “Omg! Can you recommend your surgeon xxx”
Another fan wrote: “This surprised me because you were already perfection girl.”
A third gushed: “Who was your surgeon please [heart eyes emoji]”
Others begged her to reveal where she got the secret job done.
Kady is no stranger to cosmetic surgery having had a boob job, lip fillers, veneers and a liquid rhinoplasty.
The Sun has contacted Kady’s representative for a comment.
During Kady’s first villa stint on the 2016 series she eventually coupled up with Scott Thomas and they made it to third place before being dumped.
She later made a shocking return to the All Stars in 2023, leaving the villa arm-in-arm with co-star Ouzy See.
The pair split shortly after following cheating rumours and source recently told The Sun she is now back with her on-off millionaire boyfriend.
Kady and Henry Simmons, 26, have had a tumultuous past but it now seems the pair are on the up as they’ve swapped the UK for Dubai.
A source previously told us: “She’s back with Henry and they’re living in Dubai together. She’s moved her whole life to be with him so everyone’s hoping it all works out this time as they’re so on and off.”
The Love Island legend spent her first weekend in the Middle East sunning herself on a yacht .
She was recently accused by fans of flaunting her wealth as she showed off her £22k Christmas present haul from Henry.
Taking to TikTok, Kady showed off all the lavish presents that Henry had given her for Christmas.
The huge haul, which is estimated to come to around £22k, included a Hermes bag, which alone costs around £20k.
