SPICE GIRL Mel B used to babysit Match of the Day pundit Micah Richards.
Gary Lineker and Alan Shearer were blown away when Richards, 37, revealed the unlikely crossover and said he has the pictures to prove it.

The former Manchester City and England star was born in Birmingham but grew up in Leeds – Mel B‘s home town.
And the singer-songwriter, 50, used to earn some extra cash by looking after Richards before she shot to fame as Scary Spice with the iconic 1990s pop group.
Richards said on The Rest Is Football: “Mel B, she used to babysit me when I was younger.
“Get her on the pod! My sister [still] does her hair now.”
A baffled Shearer jumped in: “Can I just ask… what the f*** am I on here?”
Lineker said it was “unbelievable” before Richards replied: “This is way back, back in Leeds days. I spoke to her just a couple of months ago.”
Shearer couldn’t help himself as he asked: “Did she tell you what she wanted, what she really, really wanted?”
Mel B – real name Melanie McPhee – spent years living in the States before moving back to Leeds in 2019.

The Spice Girls split in 2001 but ‘Scary’ has remained in the public eye via TV work in the UK, US and Australia.
The Masked Singer Australia and America’s Got Talent are two of her regular gigs, while she has also appeared on Celebrity Gogglebox.
On their unlikely connection, Richards added: “It’s not known. You’ve always got to save something for the pod, haven’t you? Always have something up your sleeve.
“I don’t remember too much of it but there were obviously pictures back in the day, yeah.”
