Ana de Armas and Jacob Elordi put on very cozy display at Golden Globes 2026… three months after her split from Tom Cruise

Ana de Armas and Jacob Elordi was seen putting on a cozy display as they reunited at the 83rd Annual Golden Gloves in Beverly Hills on Sunday.

The 37-year-old actress – who split from Tom Cruise nearly three months earlier – was seen holding a conversation with Elordi, 28, after the pair previously worked together on the 2022 thriller Deep Water.

At one point as they mingled amongst the star-studded guests inside the Beverly Hilton, the two stars were spotted holding hands as they briefly caught up.

De Armas held a small smile on her face as she talked with the Frankenstein actor – who raked in two Golden Globe nominations during the special evening

He also lightly touched her arm as the pair shared a laugh before the main ceremony kicked off.

It comes after the Knives out star ended her nine-month romance Cruise last year in October.

The former couple were first romantically linked back in February 2025 and were seen on other public outings together afterwards.

De Armas and Cruise were also spotted holding hands during a getaway to Vermont in July of last year.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that their romance had developed from just a ‘working relationship.’

‘Over time, it became clear that what they have goes beyond just friendship or a working relationship,’ the insider said.

But only a few months later in October, a separate insider told Us Weekly that Cruise and de Armas are ‘done for now.’

The insider claimed that the Blonde actress had ‘put the brakes’ on the relationship because things were moving very quickly, but ‘still likes’ the Mission Impossible actor.

Elordi on the other hand also recently ended his romance with Olivia Jade – the daughter of Lori Loughlin.

The pair had an on-and-off relationship which began in 2021 – with the stars splitting last year in August.

However, they briefly rekindled their romance until officially going their separate ways in October.

‘It’s fully over. They are not getting back together,’ a source told People at the time.

De Armas and Elordi worked alongside each other in the 2022 thriller Deep Water – which additionally starred Ben Affleck.

The Euphoria star previously reflected on collaborating with de Armas and Affleck.

‘Probably my favorite experience of recent was making Deep Water, and to kind of step back and watch these like titans of film make a movie,’ he told E! News back in 2020.

‘I could just sort of linger around and play a small role and you know be involved in a movie that I would really watch and enjoy.’

He then said of de Armas and Affleck – who also briefly dated after meeting on set of the movie – that, ‘They are such wonderful performers and they’ve really earned their stripes.

‘We’d sit and jive a little bit, but I mean probably just watching what they do and seeing how they do it is a lesson in itself.’

De Armas glammed up for the glitzy evening on Sunday wearing a shimmering black gown that clung to her figure and had a plunging neckline on the front.

A thigh-high slit could be seen on the right side for a sultry flare and offered a glimpse of her open-toed, black heels.

Her brunette locks were parted to the side and effortlessly flowed down past her shoulders in elegant curls.

Elordi also dressed for the occasion wearing a black double-breasted suit which was paired with a white dress shirt and black tie.

For a finishing touch, the actor additionally sported a pair of black-rimmed shades.

The star raked in two Golden Globe nominations – including Best Supporting Actor in a Motion Picture for his performance in Frankenstein.

He also garnered a nod for Best Actor in a Miniseries or Television Film for his role in The Narrow Road To The Deep North.

Elordi played the role of The Creature in Frankenstein – and the character stayed with him months after production wrapped.

‘The body design and the feeling that I had was so specific for about six months,’ he recently explained to W Magazine

‘Getting back into the world is always a task when you’ve been living in a circus state for so long.’

He then recalled while filming his upcoming project Wuthering Heights, ‘there was a scene where my response to something was “Ugh,” which was from Frankenstein.

‘It did take me a while to realize that I shouldn’t just gesture at things and grunt.’

Timothee Chalamet has soared over Leonardo DiCaprio – who stars in One Battle After Another – as the betting favorite to win the coveted Best Actor Oscar as he earned the top honor at the Golden Globe Awards 2026 for Marty Supreme (directed by Josh Safdie).

Before Award season it was 51-year-old DiCaprio who was the odds favorite to take home the coveted gong, but now Chalamet is a massive favorite to win the top acting prize at March’s Academy Awards according to regulated exchange and prediction market Kalshi.

However, DiCaprio’s flick One Battle After Another (directed by Paul Thomas Anderson) did earn the last laugh at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Californiaon Sunday night as the film not only triumphed over Chalamet’s project but also beat out Blue Moon, Bugonia, No Other Choice, and Nouvelle Vague for Best Picture – Comedy Or Musical.

One Battle After Another was the most awarded film of the night with four but will no doubt face stiff competition in the Oscars race from Hanmet (directed by Chloe Zhao) as it earned the last award of the night in the Best Picture – Drama category over Frankenstein, It Was Just An Accident, The Secret Agent, Sentimental Value, and Sinners.
