LOVE Island star Lochan Nowaki has headed to A&E after a nasty injury in his ankle.
The series 10 islander was taken by his mum to hospital after being left in agony on his sofa.
On his Instagram Stories this afternoon, Lochan posted a photo of his foot being rested on a pile of pillows, with the top of his foot looking red.
“Great way to start year,” he wrote. “Think I’ve ruptured [my] Achilles praying I haven’t.”
It seems the pain only got worse, as just a few hours later he shared another snap from A&E waiting room alongside his mother, Kulminder.
He’s got his eyes shut as he rested his head on her shoulder, with Kulminder pulling a face.
“A&E Let’s see how long we wait,” he added.
At the time of writing, he’s not made any other updates.
While it’s unclear what caused the nasty-sounding injury, Lochan has only just returned from a break to Paris – where he went on a mission to find “the best burger in the city”.
He was joined on the trip by new girlfriend, Too Hot To Handle‘s Brianna Balram – where the pair also celebrate her 28th birthday.
While the couple have kept their romance off their social medias, Lochan confirmed the romance shortly after they were spotted looking loved up on the tube in London.
In the comments section of her birthday post, she wrote: “Happy birthday baby!! Blessed to be spending this day with you and the rest of them.”
It’s his first romance since he split from Love Island partner, Whitney Adebayo, which ended after two years together.
The pair’s break-up quickly turned bitter, after Whitney posted a video online which alleged he used racial slurs during their relationship.
Their feud resulted in them having a legal battle, which was later settled out of court.
