JOEY ESSEX has hinted he is preparing for a return to Misfits Boxing.
The Only Way Is Essex star won his first bout in the ring in August with a four-round decision over Portuguese influencer Numeiro.
And Essex looks to be hinting at another fight in the crossover boxing at Misfits.
He posted a video hitting the heavy bag from his uncle Tony Sims’ gym in Romford.
In another post showing off his boxing gear, the 35-year-old said: “Nearly that time again.”
Essex has been inundated with fight callouts, including from Love Island star Jake Cornish.
Cornish featured on season seven of the hit ITV show but has also made a move into Misfits – headed up by YouTube star KSI.
The TV personality lost his debut bout in August 2024 to Mike Edwards – an athlete who competed in high jump and featured on Big Brother.
But Cornish was 179lb for his fight while Essex was a STONE lighter at 162lb.
KSI, 32, set up Misfits in 2022 to home for celebrity-style bouts but has not fought since losing to Tommy Fury, 26, in 2023.

And following a hand injury that requires surgery – the Britain’s Got Talent judge could never fight again.
Probed on a return bout this year, he said on his YouTube channel: “2026? I don’t know, man. If I’m being honest, I don’t know.”
Fury himself has not returned since victory in May in Hungary but has hinted at a fight on social media after posting training pictures.
He remains linked with a rematch against Jake Paul, 28, who he beat in 2023 but the American was knocked out by Anthony Joshua, 36, in December.
