Mum begs ‘bring my little girl home’ six years after she vanished as CCTV shows last movements

A MUM has begged to “bring my little girl home” six years after she vanished as CCTV shows her last movements.

Natalie Jenkins is feared to have been murdered after disappearing in December 2019 with police urging anyone with information to come forward.

The 32-year-old, from Thornaby, North Yorkshire, was last seen on CCTV walking towards Albert Park on Park Road South in Middlesbrough, at 11.38pm on December 10 that year.

It is believed she was still in this area in the early hours of the following day.

Following her disappearance, Cleveland Police arrested five people in connection with the case but they were later released without charge.

Mum Sylvia recently told the BBC that she believed “my Natalie has been murdered” and described Natalie’s disappearance as a “very difficult time”.

“I just want to bring my little girl home,” she told the outlet.

“Christmas is particularly hard, because Christmas is family time in our house.”

She advised anyone with information on Natalie’s whereabouts “too frightened” to come forward to tell police anonymously.

Senior investigating officer DCI Deborah Fenny at Cleveland Police told The Sun: “We’ve realised we’re struggling with enquiries and we’re still heavily relying upon the public to come forward with information to maintain our investigation.

“We would love to repatriate Natalie with her family, and we will do anything within our power and gift with the information that comes forward.

“Somebody must know something – six years has gone by now and it’s a critical time with the New Year so please all I ask is for people to come forward.”

Police previously released CCTV of when she was last spotted where she was seen wearing dark coloured fur-lined boots, a dark coloured coat, white hat, trousers and a light coloured top.

She is described as white, of very slim build, around 5ft 5ins tall, with a fair complexion and straight brown hair.

Natalie has hazel eyes, a missing front tooth and two tattoos – one saying SWANN on her neck and another on her wrist saying SWANNY.

Sylvia has previously made several public appeals for help.

On the anniversary of Natalie going missing in 2024, her mum shared heartbreaking photos of her daughter growing up.

At the time, she said: “All we want, as a family, is closure. All we want is to lay Natalie to rest.”

Tragically, Sylvia has also lost her two sons at young ages.

Eldest son Anthony died in 2004 aged just 24 after falling from a balcony at his home in Thornaby while youngest son Neville died aged 38 in 2021 of diabetic ketoacidosis.

She said: “All I want is my little girl to be buried with her brothers.”

Natalie’s boyfriend has also died since her disappearance, and Sylvia believes any chance of finding out what might have happened vanished with him.

Sylvia added: “I don’t even care if justice isn’t done. I just want my little Natalie’s body.”

Natalie suffered with a heroin addiction. Her mum described her as a “lovely, kind girl” who “took the wrong road but always had our support and our love”.

She said she will continue to appeal each year for the rest of her life, and said cops have told her Natalie’s is at the top of the list for potential cold case reviews.
