DANI Dyer has revealed Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins was the ‘hardest experience of her life’ in a candid confession on social media.
The intense Channel 4 programme will see a selection of familiar faces attempting to complete a modified version of SAS training.
Though the challenge is far from easy – with Dani revealing a little about what’s in store in a new video.
Taking to her Instagram story, the Love Island alum and former Strictly star shared a candid reel chatting to the camera ahead of the show starting tonight.
Wearing a grey jumper to fend off the cold weather, she revealed she was running on little sleep after being “up all night” with her little ones.
“I’m shattered, but SAS is obviously on tonight at 9 o’clock,” said Dani enthusiastically slapping the table and smiling.
“This is one show I’ve been really excited for you all to see but also petrified because, yeah.
“It was one of the hardest experiences of my entire life.”
Despite the difficulty, Dani wishes she could go back to relive the whole thing with a braver face.
“I’d like to go back and do it all again. It’s one of those things I’d like to do again and be a lot more headstrong and a lot more…not a wimp!
“But you know what, it was great. I hope you all enjoy it.”
This year’s series will see stars from the UK and Australia compete against one another.
Dani, 29, will be competing on the British team alongside fellow Love Island beauty Gabby Allen, 22, and social media personalities Jack Joseph, 25, and Cole Anderson-James, 28.
Rugby player Ben Cohen, 46, Gladiator and Olympian, Toby Olubi, 37, and cricketer Graeme Swann, 46 shall also be facing their fears.
Meanwhile MAFS star Jessika Power, 33, Neighbours actors Ryan Moloney, 45, and Natalie Bassingthwaite, 50, Cricketer Brad Hodge, 50, and Olympic swimmers, Emily Seebohm, 33, and Mack Horton 29 will make up the Australian opponents.
In snippets, the latest series of SAS has been deemed the most brutal ever with many of the famous faces struggling in the intense heat of north Africa as they were pushed to their limits physically and mentally.
In the first episode Dani brushes off a bloody nose in a boxing match against Jessika.
While Gabby revealed she pushed on with a painful knee injury, saying: “I was like, ‘My knee is not going to bring me down. I’ve got another one. I’ll hop’.”
Though from the sounds of things Dani did well with Chief instructor, Mark “Billy” Billingham saying: “Little Dani Dyer surprised me.
“Very small girl. She was very timid at the start, lacked a lot of confidence and didn’t really believe in herself.
“She was willing to give up, but found a second wind with support from myself, Chris Oliver, Rudy Reyes and Foxy (Jason Fox).
“She never believed she could do it but she could.”
Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins starts tonight at 9pm on Channel 4.
