Many people who made the list are repeat offenders, who often reach for the most naked dresses they can find year after year when they’re heading to events.
Kanye West‘s wife Bianca Censori topped the list by starting off the year strong in February at the Grammy Awards completely nude in the most scandalous display of all.
Censori hit the red carpet in a totally sheer mini dress, leaving nothing to the imagination.
The Aussie architect had no undergarments on underneath, while her husband hit the carpet in a far more casual plain black T-shirt and pants.
Ye hit out at outraged fans following the stunt, who called for the couple to be banned from red carpets in the future, dismissing the ceremony as ‘boring’ and calling Censori’s outfit ‘art.’

Censori wasn’t the only woman with West connections who caused a stir in 2025.
The Runaway rapper’s ex-girlfriend Julia Fox, 35, bared her bottom in September while arriving at the celebrity-beloved Chiltern Firehouse in London.
The Uncut Gems star surprised fellow guests when she showed up at the Marylebone venue in a black leather lace-up corset dress from cutting edge designer Dilara Findikoglu that put her derriere on full display.
The Turkish designer, who is based in London, boasts a whole slew of celebrity fans, including Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Cardi B and Kylie Jenner.
Of course, that was far from the provocateur’s only controversial ensemble this year.
