A BODY has been found next to a major music venue this Boxing Day.
Investigations are underway as the cops try to identify the body of a man which was located next to Bridgewater Hall in Manchester.
The grim discovering was made by a pedestrian during their walk on Boxing Day morning (December 26).
Police have cordoned the area next to Rochdale Canal Lake, known as a place where homeless people sleep.
The death is not currently being treating as suspicious.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: “Officers were called to reports of a body near Bridgewater Hall a 9.30am this morning (26/12/25).
“Sadly, the male was pronounced dead at the scene.
“It is being treated as non-suspicious and enquires remain ongoing.”
