WETHERSPOON is holding a massive January sale with pints from just 99p at hundreds of pubs.
The January sales are usually reserved for shops and online retailers, but this year the pub chain has decided to slash its prices too.

The sale will run from Friday, January 2 until Thursday, January 15 in more than 600 pubs across the UK.
It will start from Saturday, January 3 in Scottish pubs.

The Mexican Spud, a vegetarian option, is loaded with chilli bean non-carne, cheese, guacamole, crushed tortilla chips, sliced chillies and coriander.
The Smoky Spud is loaded with pulled BBQ beef brisket, cheese, smoky chipotle mayo and slice chillies.
Wetherspoon founder and chairman Tim Martin said: “Department stores and shops hold their sales in January, so it is the perfect time to have a sale in the pub too.
“The range of drinks and food on sale in the pub is aimed at suiting a wide variety of tastes. We have included a large selection of low and non-alcoholic drinks.
“I believe that the January Sale will prove popular with our customers.”
It’s not yet clear which pubs will be running the promotion.
Prices at 200 other Wetherspoon pubs may vary.
If you’re wanting to head down to a Spoons today, most opened at 8am and will close at their usual Friday time (often 1am).
The boozers will be serving food as usual, after stopping food service on Christmas Day.
Britain’s pubs need saving
The Spoons sale comes as pubs and the wider hospitality industry are struggling with rising costs.
Sir Tim had warned Chancellor Rachel Reeves ahead of her Autumn Budget that boozers are desperately in need of support and are being crippled by high taxes.
But pub landlords claim the axing of a 40% business rates discount in the Budget means they will be paying up to £30,000 more.
It’s now claimed up to 1,000 publicans have banned Labour MPs from their pubs in response.
Rising costs have forced many pubs to push up their prices, with the average price of a pint hitting over £5 for the first time this year.
Pubs are “desperately trying to serve reasonably priced pints, yet barely any profits are earned,” says CAMRA pub and club campaigns director Gary Timmins.
Many are under a huge amount of financial pressure after they were hit by hikes to employer National Insurance (NI) contributions in April.
The industry has also been hit by the rising cost of energy bills.
Publicans will now have to cough up more in wages from next spring as the National Living Wage will rise by 4.7% to £12.71 an hour.
