BBC viewers have complained they had to switch off ‘the worst comedy they’ve ever seen’ after just minutes into it.

The Christmas special – titled Stuffed – lasted a whole 15 minutes for most people before they turned it off.

Taskmaster’s Guz Khan stars as Arslan Farooqis and The Windsor’s Morgana Robinson as his wife Hannah in the comedy hit.

The plot line sees the couple and their two children head to Lapland for a special festive break after receiving an £8,000 Christmas bonus instead of £800.

But much to their disappointment, things take a turn for the worst when the company demands the money back after realising it was a mistake.

Arslan then has to find a way to make the money back quickly.

The storyline doesn’t seem to have gone down well with viewers, though, as people have slammed the ‘woke’ comedy online.

Taking to X, people shared their thoughts, with one person writing: ‘Just watched first 15 mins of Stuffed on BBC. What a festering, unfunny pile of woke s***e.’

A second added: ‘#Stuffed on ….supposed to be a comedy? It’s embarrassing!’

However, others saw the funny side to it, with one sharing: ‘Stuffed on is very funny. is fast becoming a Christmas staple!’

This week, fans have also blasted the BBC for ‘dumbing down’ the show after airing the Christmas special this week.

On Tuesday evening, the show saw Amol Rajan back as a presenter, with several famous faces on the panel.

Teams included alumni from UCL and Leeds who were desperate for a second chance to be crowned University Challenge champions – including BBC News presenter Maryam Moshiri and impressionist Alistair McGowan.

But fans were left disappointed and claimed the show was ‘dumbed down’, with some even taking to X to share their thoughts.

One penned: ‘The magic of Christmas University Challenge is that the viewer can answer more easier questions than usual… #UniversityChallenge.’

Another shared: ‘Love alumni #UniversityChallenge. It’s easer than the normal one and I come into my own! I’m the winner on all low brow stuff in our house.’

A third commented: ‘Crikey think I got about 20 right tonight which is not unusual #UniversityChallenge.’

Others called out Amol for repeatedly scolding the teams and barking ‘no conferring!’ as he told them off again and again.

One viewer wrote: ‘#universitychallenge stop shouting at them, Amol,’ while someone else said: ‘#universitychallenge ooh he’s grumpy tonight isn’t he old host boy!’

Stuffed is available to stream on iPlayer.
