THE ring announcer for Netflix’s fight night took a subtle jab at Jake Paul.
Paul made a lavish entrance into the ring, but have been taken down a notch by the announcer.
Kody Mommaerts held the announcing duties for the night, and did his job introducing Paul to the crowd.
However, he made one comment that left some scratching their heads.
While introducing Paul with various different titles, he also said that he was “the one you all came here to see.”
Many fans were left scratching their heads after hearing that quote.
They shared their thoughts about the strange introduction on social media.
“Why was that introduction for Jake so winded,” one fan said.
“Bro what’s the 5mins Introduction for Jake Paul,” another fan said.
“How much Jake Paul pay for that introduction,” a third fan said.
“That Jake Paul intro was so ridiculous,” a fourth fan said.
Paul’s entrance to the ring included a walkout with his brother, Logan, plus a performance from rapper 6ix9ine.
