The I’m A Celeb star, 41, who is co-hosting this year’s show, looked sensational in a maroon gown which boasted a sculpted bodice and draped detailing.
Styling he brunette tresses into loose waves, Alex showcased her incredibly toned arms in the strapless look which she accessorised with a diamond necklace.
Meanwhile singer Jess, 36, turned heads into a quirky suit which also flashed a glimpse of her gym-toned abs.
The pop star’s two piece featured a denim panels and a boned corset which was teamed with a traditional black blazer and trousers.
The couple, who have been together for two years, beamed as they posed together before the star-studded ceremony.

Alex and Jess reunited about a fortnight ago after Alex jetted home early from Brisbane.
The sports presenter left the I’m A Celebrity process early to fly back to the UK to support Jess after her mother suffered a major stroke which left her needing brain surgery.
Celebrities are meant to stay in Australia for the entire duration, until the final contestant is voted off, but Alex broke this to go home and support Jess.
Jess revealed that she wasn’t able to travel to Australia to meet Alex on the bridge like loved ones usually do because her mother has been unwell.
Alex was the first star to be evicted from the jungle and was soon back in England and headed for a cosy coffee with her partner.
Jess posted on her Instagram Story as they enjoyed a catch up as she posted a red heart emoji in the caption.
Alex was all wrapped up warm as she had her hot beverage as the cold UK winter proved a very different environment to warm Australia.
On her Story Alex posted a snap holding hands with Jess and penned: ‘Home is where the heart is.’

Rory McIlroy is the favourite to win the Sports Personality of the Year Award, after the BBC revealed their six-person shortlist last week.
The Ryder Cup winner – who has never claimed the SPOTY prize despite multiple nominations – has been given odds of 8/13 by Paddy Power.
That puts him ahead of Lionesses star Chloe Kelly, who is 10/3 after winning the European Championship, and Formula One king Lando Norris on 7/2.
Lionesses goalkeeper Hannah Hampton is in the mix on 20/1 while Luke Littler is 25/1 after claiming the World Darts Championship aged 17.
England Women’s Rugby star Ellie Kildunne has been assigned outside odds of 66/1 after winning the World Cup.
In 2023 McIlroy snubbed the ceremony after being nominated and he claimed in January last year that the award was ‘not what it once was’ and admitted he ‘forgot’ he was on the shortlist.

Norris comes in at third favourite after claiming his first F1 Drivers’ Championship for McLaren at the Abu Dhabi GP.
