I’M A CELEB winner AngryGinge has revealed one of his co-stars had to receive medical treatment in an incident that didn’t make it to air.
The social media personality, 24, who was crowned King Of The Jungle in last week’s final with a whopping 65 per cent of the public vote, is now back in the UK after celebrating his widely expected win.
Ginge, who received a heroes welcome as he returned to Manchester after winning the hit ITV series, was joined by camp mate Lisa Riley on a Twitch stream, when they revealed details of the medical emergency.,
The medical emergency involved rapper Aitch, 25, whose close friendship with Ginge became one of this series’ highlights.
He revealed that the BRIT Award-winning artist almost collapsed in the jungle, due to a lack of hydration.
In the stream, Ginge said: “There was a day where Aitch nearly…”
To which Lisa replied: “Yeah, he was. Yeah, yeah. And he had to get a hydration pack.”
Ginge explained to his viewers that the lack of nutrients would leave the stars feeling weaker.
“So there was a day that I don’t think got shown”, he continued.
“Aitch was really, really, like, he’d try stand up [before getting lightheaded]. One thing that keeps happening to me.”

Ginge, who admitted he also struggled with feeling light-headed, continued: “As soon as you stand up, you got so light headed. It’s unbelievable.
“From lack of salts, lack of sugar, lack of food, lack of water.”
“So light headed”, Ginge continued, “it’s unbelievable”.
He revealed co-stars Jack Osborne and Martin Kemp also struggled with the same issue, but it was Aitch who felt the effects the worst.
Ginge claimed that medics had to be rushed in after it appeared the rapper was about to collapse.
He said: “The amount of times I probably nearly collapsed was uncountable.
“And there was one day it kept happening to Aitch. His legs felt like jelly. Really bad.”
Lisa then added: “His hydration plummets.”

Ginge has had an intense schedule since arriving home as the new King Of The Jungle.
He returned to streaming on Friday, after spending weeks in the jungle.
But Ginge, who was supposed to stream on Sunday, pushed back the date after telling fans he needs to take a day to recuperate.
“Next stream will be tomorrow everyone,” he shared on his Instagram Stories. “Still just getting back to normality.”
“Did wanna go live today but I’m f**ked,” he added. “see you all tomorrow.”
Ginge – real name Morgan Burtwhistle – was given a hero’s welcome on Saturday as he returned to football coaching.
The star coaches Winton Wanderers Under 18s team in Manchester, nicknamed Winton Yanited.
Speaking to the BBC at the game he said he “never wanted to forget where he came from”.
