POLICE are appealing for information after a reported rape as they release CCTV of a man they are seeking.
The incident occurred in Lincoln around lunchtime on Sunday, December 7 and officers have launched an urgent investigation.
Lincolnshire Police said in a statement: “We are appealing for information after the report of a rape in Lincoln.
“The incident is thought to have taken place at around 12.40pm on Sunday, 7 December and officers continue to investigate.
“They believe the man pictured can help them with their enquiries and are asking anyone who knows him, or anyone who knows where he is, to contact the force.
“If you think you can help, call 101 quoting the incident number 185 of 7/12/25.”
