The league match kick-off at the Lamex Stadium was confirmed to be delayed on social media.

Stevenage shared a brief statement on X which revealed the match would begin at 8pm rather than 7.45pm.

The reason was put down as the bad weather was affecting travel conditions for away fans.

A statement read: “Tonight’s kick-off has been delayed until 8pm due to adverse weather conditions affecting travel for away supporters.”
