Mohamed, who entered the country on a dinghy in June, was caught on CCTV cameras talking to his victim at Crawley station, before giving her a thumbs up when he forced his way through the ticket barrier.

The Sun first revealed how, after groping and trying to kiss his victim on the train, he then told cops: “I haven’t done anything wrong.”

Vile Mohamed “trapped” the woman in a window seat and asked: “Where do you live? Do you have a partner?”

At his trial last month, he doubled down and insisted the woman “wanted sex”.

On Monday morning the migrant, put up at taxpayer expense in the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel near Gatwick Airport, was jailed for eight months.

He will serve four months of his sentence before he is released on licence.

But as he has been in custody since October, the brute will get out of jail in February and will be free to carry on his asylum claim with the Home Office.

Wearing a grey prison tracksuit, Mohamed appeared in the dock at Croydon magistrates’ court assisted by a Kurdish Sorani interpreter.

District Judge Nicola Fleck told Mohamed: “You approached the victim on the train, you followed her down the carriage, you sat next to her, squeezed her thigh.

“You moved your hand around to her shoulder, you attempted to kiss her, you squeezed her thigh again.

“She was sitting near to the window and wasn’t able to escape from you.

“She has told the court that she felt violated, that she had lost her dignity at that moment.

“That she is frightened about using trains, which she regularly does.”

Judge Fleck added: “You followed her down the train and asked to sit next to her.

“I am satisfied that she did not request this, instigate it, or want it… she did not consent to this touching.

“You continue to deny the offence, you have no insight into your offending and you are seen as at high risk of re-offending in relation to sexual offences.”

Shocking footage previously showed how the migrant spoke to the woman before pushing through the ticket barriers.

He then walks onto the platform, sits on a bench, before being filmed again boarding a train heading north.

Following his arrest on October 2, sick Mohamed brazenly told PCs: “I don’t believe I have done anything wrong.

“I spoke to many females that day, and I didn’t mind that because I am looking for a female.”
