Yesterday, TPUSA finally stood up for itself in a meaningful way. First it debunked some of the obviously crazy smears Canadace Owens has been spreading, then it promised a much longer livestream where it would go over everything she has alleged point by point. And in a move I thought was a mistake, they also invited Owens to come to the livestream in person to be part of it.
Owens mocked and dismissed all of TPUSA’s responses to her allegations, but did say initially that she would attend the livestream. Blake Neff, Kirk’s producer, then announced the livestream would take place on December 15th.
The livestream we announced on the show Wednesday has been set.
At 4 pm Eastern, 2 pm local time on Monday, December 15, a collection of Charlie’s friends will respond to statements made by @RealCandaceO, to set the record straight once and for all prior to the opening of…

And at this point, Candace suddenly decided she couldn’t make it in person but said she would agree to join remotely from her studio.
Kind of weird how you didn’t e-mail or call me to ask about times or availability and chose to instead tweet this confirmation out at midnight.
Why am I learning about this on X?
December 15th does not work in-person and 2pm PT is also literal time I do my podcast LIVE… https://t.co/COHq61NkbA

Neff replied that if Candace was unable to attend they would be proceeding without her.
Yesterday, we made it clear that we would be scheduling a formal response to the allegations and accusations you have made. We’ve decided that response will be delivered during a livestream on December 15th.

That brought a sharp response from podcaster Jimmy Dore who said Neff wasn’t treating Candace like a guest.
Wow, I knew you’d pull something, & here it is.
Everyone ,including you, knows that’s not how you book a guest on a show.
You are supposed to contact them & find a mutually agreeable date & time, you don’t publicly announce the date before it’s confirmed. It’s transparently… https://t.co/Mxn4Pg07Mk

Neff’s response was basically ‘No s**t, Sherlock!’ Candace isn’t being invited as a guest because the whole point of this is to respond to her lies.
Of course it isn’t how you book a guest.
We are not booking a guest and never said we were. We are delivering a response to several months of escalating harassment and lies. She was given the opportunity to join and declined.

As I said yesterday, it was a mistake to invite Owens at all. It was only going to result in stuff exactly like this. All they’ve done is schedule it and she’s already whining and drama farming this, claiming they are acting weird.
Really let that sink in. The people she has accused of murdering Charlie Kirk aren’t being fair to Candace. It’s absolutely surreal.
Thank goodness, more people are starting to say how crazy this has become. Tim Pool made the case yesterday that Candace Owens has turned her show into an online version of Lost, the show where you never resolve anything you just keep presenting new mysteries and new characters until no one can even remember what the whole thing is about.
“She has turned news podcasting into Lost. Always end your show on a cliffhanger. Never resolve it and keep people hooked.”
The real reason Candace Owens is refusing to debate TPUSA is that she’s been lying the whole time. pic.twitter.com/T4mW6Rs6uL

Pool also made a point I made this week: Candace is trying to destroy TPUSA. That is her goal at this point. The idea that she’s doing this for Charlie or that he would approve of what she’s doing is absurd. If he were alive he’d be giving her both barrels at this point.
“No one hated Charlie Kirk more than Candace Owens. She reviles him. She spits on his grave and she smiles while doing it.”

And one more clip to wrap this up. The whole premise of this Canadace/Lost mystery-box series of podcasts is that we don’t know who really killed Charlie Kirk. But as I’ve pointed out, that’s not true. They guy who did it is in jail awaiting trial. His name is Tyler Robinson. He confessed three separate times. His DNA was on the trigger of the rifle.
Today, Megyn Kelly had FBI Director Kash Patel on her show and asked him directly about some of Owens conspiracy theories. He was pretty directly in shutting them down.
Megyn Kelly: Do you believe that Tyler Robinson is in fact the man who killed Charlie Kirk?
Patel: Yes …
Kelly: Do you believe any foreign government had a role in his assassination?
Patel: At this time, the FBI doesn’t have credible information to connect any foreign governments to it…
Kelly: Do you have any credible reason to believe that anyone connected with the Turning Point organization had anything to do with Charlie’s death?
Patel: Zero.
He’s asked about the “death threat” against Candace Owens and all he’ll say is that they will investigate any allegation of a death threat. Nothing he says suggests there’s anything to support her claim. He’s asked if the text exchange between Tyler Robinson and Lance Twiggs is real and says he believes any evidence put out by Utah investigators is credible.Watch the whole thing below, but this basically takes all the wind out of Candace’s sail. Nothing she’s been saying is clearly supported and some of the claims she’s made (about TPUSA) have zero backing.

Candace Owens isn’t just asking questions, she’s running a bogus true crime mystery show involving real people who aren’t suspects and never were. Turning Point should have responded to all of this two months ago, but better late than never. They must now rebut her allegations carefully knowing there is a 100% chance that she will respond to their statements by claiming their effort backfired and picking apart any new information they present.
And that’s fine, because the next step is to sue her for millions of dollars and proving she acted with reckless disregard for the truth. Once they’ve present the facts, she can’t claim ignorance any longer. So do the livestream and when she doubles down, sue her for slander. That’s the only way this is going to stop.
