ANT McPartlin has made nearly £3million profit on the sale of his mansion.
We revealed last month that the I’m A Celeb host, 50, had sold the seven-bedroom pad following a planning row.

Now new documents show Ant flogged the house for £8.25million – having bought it outright with no mortgage for £5.45million in 2018.
He sold it to millionaire Scottish businessman Sir Fraser Morrison and his wife Patricia.
Ant and his wife Anne-Marie Corbett, 46, made the decision to move out of the house in Wimbledon, South West London, last month.
It followed a planning row with locals, who accused them of wanting to chop down six “healthy” trees in their garden.
Ant and Anne-Marie, who share one-year-old son Wilder, had gained permission to chop down the trees last February, despite them being protected by a Tree Preservation Order.
One neighbour who opposed the decision said they had given “no justification” – except for “the applicant’s wish to allow re-landscaping of part of their garden”.
Ant and Anne-Marie later revised their application to keep the trees – before eventually deciding to leave instead.
They are said to have pumped “hundreds of thousands of pounds” into the property when they moved into it in 2019 – a year after he split from ex-wife Lisa Armstrong, 49.

A rep for Ant previously said the move was for “family reasons”.
