TARA REID can be heard slurring her words and moaning in a 911 call recording made on November 22.
The American Pie star was rushed to hospital after she said her drink had been spiked at the DoubleTree hotel bar in Rosemont, Illinois.
Disturbing video showed her completely unable to stand, slumped over in a wheelchair.
Reid later filed a police report claiming that her drink had been spiked.
The newly-released audio, obtained by the Daily Mail, includes a panicked hotel worker talking to emergency services.
The caller describes Reid, 50, as “really inebriated” referring to her as a “guest” and a “celebrity”.
She can be heard repeatedly shouting “Ms. Reid!”, trying to get the attention of the actress.
But Reid seems only able to mumble incoherently, and cannot form clear words.
The actress cannot hold herself up in the wheelchair, the caller is heard telling emergency services.
The hotel-worker said on the call that she is afraid Reid might collapse and hit her head if left unattended, but reported that she was not vomiting blood or struggling to breathe.
The 911 dispatch log shows first responders calling the actress “the intoxicated female”, and says that Reid was “laying on the floor of the hallway”.
The release of 911 call information follows the another dramatic turn in the alleged spiking case.
On Wednesday 3 November, Rosemont Police claimed that they had “no evidence” the actresses drink had been spiked.
The 50-year-old said someone had put something her drink while she went for a smoke.
But police claimed that CCTV footage shows the drink was not tampered with at all.
In a statement to the Daily Mail, cops said: “While video surveillance showed Tara Reid at the hotel bar, at no time did video show anyone tampering with or adding something to her drink.”
Reid was outraged at the police’s claim about what she said had been a “horrifying experience”.
She told the Daily Mail: “Bottom line is no one ends up in the hospital incapacitated for over 8 hours after a drink.”
“Last thing I remember is having one drink and waking up in the hospital the next day without remembering anything.”
“That was the scariest feeling I have ever felt. I felt so helpless.”
Cops said that they have watched “video at the hotel bar” and conducted “multiple interviews” but are not currently investigating anyone.
Police said: “A bartender covered her drink when she left the bar which is standard practice for bartenders to do.”
The 50-year-old insisted that she had been drugged, despite the police claims that no one had touched her drink.
She said: “This has been a horrifying experience for me that is severely affecting my mental health.”
“I cannot sleep over this. It’s a very scary feeling not knowing what happened to me. I believe I was drugged. Something happened to me.”
The actresses’ agent said that “Tara is recovering” and “cooperating fully” with the investigation.
