TEMPLEGATE’S tips for Wednesday’s racing – where we see the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle favourite in action – are below.
Back a horse by clicking their odds.
ZENNOR STORM (4.40 Kempton, nap)
There was plenty to like about his debut win over 7f here last time out. He showed solid early pace before picking up strongly around the bend to win with a bit left in the tank. That victory means the William Haggas runner has a penalty but he can improve past that and strike again.
ELAN D’OR (5.40 Kempton, nb)
He had been knocking on the door with back-to-back seconds here before scoring at Chelmsford seven days ago. The step up to a mile looks a wise move too.
DUNBOYNE (2.08 Haydock, treble)
Was a cracking third in the red-hot Troytown Chase at Navan last time. He relishes this sort of stamina test and there should be enough juice in the ground. He has a top Irish pilot up.
SUPPLICATE (1.30 Lingfield, Lucky 15)
Caught the eye when finishing strongly after missing the kick on debut at Kempton. She should have learned from that and looks hard to beat for Roger Varian.
