MARRIED At First Sight’s Keye Luke is done with talking about his ex, Davide Anica and is “closing this chapter” of his life.
Keye announced his decision in a sharp statement while taking a swipe at his ex – after Davide spilled everything about their breakup in an exclusive interview with The Sun.
The couple met on the reality TV series but after show filming Davide dumped Keye for using the dating app Grindr while they were together.
Despite just last month saying he wanted to get back with Davide, Keye took to TikTok to say he was done with talking about their relationship.
He posted a photo of him from behind walking into a sauna wearing nothing but a towel, and added Billie Eilish’s breakup anthem, Happier Than Ever, and Keye wrote “turning my back on this chapter.”
The lyrics that played over the photo included, “I don’t relate to you,” and “I don’t talk s**t about you on the internet.”
Keye captioned the post: “I know a lot of you had questions, and the truth is there’s more to this breakup than what has been shared.
“There are things that have not been discussed and that’s fine. We have both spoken about the situation and those are simply my views.”
Keye added: “Like most things, the truth sits somewhere in the middle.”
The marketing professional then declared, “I will not be going back and forth on it anymore.”
Keye revealed he had done a podcast interview last week and that would be “the last time” he speaks about his MAFS relationship and would not “use my voice to tear someone down.”
“We shared a love. That love is over. I am closing that chapter with grace and moving forward,” Keye wrote.
“Thank you for the continued support.”
Keye’s post comes after he claimed Davide dumped him via text, and then wrote him a four page letter addressing his error – but it wasn’t enough to win Davide back.
In Davide’s chat with The Sun, he shared his side of the story.
“I don’t know if he actually slept with somebody or not. He says that he hasn’t, but after that, for me there was no more trust – I just couldn’t see past it, ” Davide told us.
“I’m not saying that he cheated. What I’m saying is he broke my trust. And once you break it, like glass, even if you fix it, it will always leak.”
