Police have released CCTV of a man they would like to speak to after a teenage girl was allegedly sexually assaulted on a train.
The reported attack unfolded on a service between Chester to Wrexham on Wednesday, 29 October, before 10.30am.
The teen had been sitting at the window seat at the time and a man sat next to her. He allegedly sexually assaulted her and when she asked to move, he is said to have suggested she to climb over him.
British Transport Police are now calling on the public for help identifying a man who they believe can help with their probe. He was seen on CCTV wearing a black hoodie, black beanie and blue lanyard.
The force said in a statement: ‘Detectives investigating a sexual assault on board a train from Chester to Wrexham in October have today released this image in connection.
