I’M a Celebrity has evicted its first star contestant of the 2025 series.
After almost two weeks of watching celebs from Martin Kemp to Lisa Riley in the jungle, the public have been voting to save their favourites from the axe.
Tonight, presenters Ant and Dec revealed the first celebrity to leave the ITV show was footballer Alex Scott.
The ex-England lioness survived 14 days in the I’m a Celebrity jungle before falling short in the public vote.
She said goodbye to the other 11 celebs and was reunited with a friend on the famous bridge, as girlfriend Jess Glynne stayed at home.
During her time on the show, Alex, 41, got stuck into any challenge she was faced with from the off.
Days ago the football pundit and TV presenter had to burst fish eyes with her teeth and dribble the juice into a shot glass.
She was up against EastEnders actress Shona McGarty in the brutal trial, Eye To Eye, and won, but Alex immediately vomited it all up.
Reacting to the news she was going home tonight, she said: “Oh my days. It’s like being free.”
After leaving camp and meeting Ant and Dec, Alex added: “It feels strange, it doesn’t feel real.

“It’s been such an incredible experience mentally it’s so tough and I did struggle at times missing home.
“But I’m so glad I got to do this series with such a great bunch of campmates.”
Alex said she loved “the laughter, the humour” and said about her co-stars: “We really connected.
“I wasn’t expecting that coming into the jungle.”
The hosts also chatted to her about her being a “team player” and her “wanting her campmates to play fair”.
She said about the “toilet seat situation”: “Oh my gosh the smell in the dunny is awful and someone keeps leaving the seat up.”
When Ant and Dec pushed her to reveal who, and suggested it was “Martin Kemp”, Alex replied: “No I can’t say (who), because he’s a national treasure.”
Asked who she wants to win the 2025 series, she said without missing a beat: “Shona (McGarty).
“Ginge and Aitch are great and amazing but I think Shona being named Queen of the Jungle would give her the confidence to take on life.”
Ant and Dec revealed last night that viewers would say goodbye to one campmate sooner.
They announced in the show’s first live trial in six years that one famous face would be going home.
Trial winners secured immunity from the looming first public vote – leaving the losers vulnerable.
Seven celebrities then found themselves up for eviction from the Australian jungle.
They were Alex along with YouTuber AngryGinge, rapper Aitch, comedian Ruby Wax, model Kelly Brook, reality star Jack Osbourne and Spandau Ballet legend Martin Kemp.
