A BABY chain has suddenly shut all of its stores after going bust.
The firm has apologised to parents who were awaiting their orders as it went into insolvency.

My Baby LTD, which has branches in Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, has shut down after trying “everything to keep the business open”.
The firm, which was established in 2020 and had only five members of staff, has unexpectedly entered insolvency.
The company sold a range of baby products from cribs to strollers and teethers.
One customer told the Peterborough Telegraph: “I called 15 times in one day and they would not answer.
“They did not seem to be giving refunds. They still had items for sale on their website.”
However, director and owner of My Baby Alex Harper has come out with a statement that majority of refunds have now been processed.
He said: “It is with great sadness that we confirm My Baby Ltd has entered insolvency.
“This has been an incredibly difficult and distressing situation, and we are truly sorry for the worry and disruption this has caused to some of our customers.
“We are contacting everyone with outstanding orders to outline the options available regarding payments made.
“Based on the guidance we’ve received, many customers should be able to recover their payments via chargebacks or Section 75 claims, depending on their method of payment.
“The majority of these claims have now been processed.
“Anyone who needs further information or assistance can reach us at sales@mybabyltd.co.uk”
Customers have been advised to request a chargeback from their bank or check their eligibility with Section 75 claims.
My Baby LTD has also added in a statement to the Sun: “We tried everything possible to keep the business open, including taking a personal loan in order to inject money into the company just last week.
“We are devastated that we were unable to make it through the extremely tough economic period we were facing.”
