KELLY Brook has been advised to go in the famous I’m A Celeb shower naked, as former star of the show Giovanna Fletcher says there’s a “trick” never shown on TV.
The model and actress, 46, has already had her moment in the jungle shower – and was the first of this year’s campmates to do so.
However, Giovanna, who won the show during the 2020 series which was shot in Wales, told The Sun Online that Kelly should actually be showering nude.
“Because our year was in Wales it was very, very different. They would turn the cameras away sometimes. A lot of women knew quite early on that if they showered nude they would pan away,” said Giovanna, 40.
Speaking at the Beauty Awards, she continued: “They won’t show it. So the biggest tip is shower naked, they can’t use it anyway.
“I feel a bit of a shame that – its 2025 – why are we doing bikini shots and making it about that – that’s not what I’m A Celeb’s about, I don’t think anyway. I just think its a shame, that’s where we are.”
The likes of Myleene Klass and Emily Atack have made the jungle shower a famous staple of the camp, but Giovanna says that shouldn’t be the case.
Giovanna said: “A woman should be able to go in there and not think, oh my gosh, what am I going to look like in the shower. I bet the men go on there and don’t even give it a second thought. Top tip – get naked.”
However, it seems Kelly may have been looking forward to her shower moment, as she revealed before heading into the jungle that she had been getting tips from pal Myleene.
She told us before heading into the jungle: “Myleene did talk to me about the shower.

“She said when she arrived, she didn’t actually have a swimsuit that was appropriate for the television. I think it was strobing or something.
“So she actually had to run out and get something when she was here.
“I made sure that I packed plenty of swimsuits so we had loads of options.”
Alongside having her moment in the shower, Kelly has also been at the helm of camp duties such as cooking, which has seen some tensions arise between her and campmate Jack Osbourne.
Despite the pair seemingly butting heads, Giovanna says things may not always be as they seem from an outside perspective.
She said: “I don’t think you can really tell what is going on. We came out and people were like ‘this big thing’ and that wasn’t even a thing. Sometimes I think things can be taken and blown out of proportion.
“And when its cooking involved people do get a little bit heated. There are lots of eyes on you. Everyone is sort of saying how they will do something, and its like, well I’m doing it.”
“It’s very very hard so I’m sure to them it will be absolutely nothing.”
