MMA ring girl found dead at home as tributes pour in

A GLAM personal trainer known for appearing as a ring girl at MMA events has tragically been found dead in her home.

Tania Souza was found lifeless at her residence in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Tuesday, November 25, according to reports.

According to the late Souza’s pals, she left Manaus just a few months earlier to seek new opportunities in Rio de Janeiro.

She sought out new gigs while continuing to work as a personal trainer and fitness content creator on social media.

Souza was well known by many for being a ring girl at numerous Mr Cage MMA events.

The promotion were left deeply saddened up learning of her death and paid a touching tribute to her on social media.

Their Instagram post read: “She was the first Ring Girl of our events.

“We believed in her and she believed in our work.

“Her light will never be extinguished. Our eternal ring girl.”

Images online show Souza behind the scenes numerous mixed martial events in the Amazon region.

She was regularly billed as the “ring girl of Amazonia”.

Souza tried to expand her fitness career after moving to Rio de Janeiro, maintaining active social media profiles and seeking new work.

According to several of her friends, Souza was going through a difficult period.

The cause of her tragic death has not yet been released.
