JAKE PAUL has brutally responded to claims his fight with Anthony Joshua won’t come to fruition.
The social media sensation is set to throw down with the former two-time heavyweight champion in a shock Miami melee on December 19.
The pair faced off for the first time since the booking of their bout on Friday, with Joshua towering over the former Disney star.
But the face-off led many, including former interim WBC lightweight champion Ryan Garcia, to believe the fight WON’T GO AHEAD.
Upon seeing the duo, 28 and 36 respectively, go face-to-face, Garcia wrote on X: “I seriously doubt this Jake vs Anthony fight takes place.
“It’s too much of a disadvantage, just don’t make sense. After the press conference that’s apparent.”
It didn’t take long for Garcia’s bold claim to come to the attention of Paul, who had a blistering response to the controversial star.
He said: “What don’t make sense is you fighting for a WBC belt [clash with Mario Barrios] after coming off an a** whooping by Rolly [Romero].
“And five other things I could bring up.
“But hey, that’s no knock on you, you have big… nah you ain’t having big nothing.”

Paul, who has bested multiple ageing MMA fighters and a 58-year-old Mike Tyson in his boxing career, faces a nigh-on impossible task to beat AJ.
But he insists he’ll shock the world and brutally hand the beloved Brit his fourth career loss.
He then added: “This will be the biggest upset in boxing history. Don’t doubt destiny.”
Joshua, meanwhile, has vowed to do a demolition job on the American and prove to him there are levels to the fight game.
He said: “I’m going to break his face and break his body up. I’m here to prove I’m the better fighter.
“I’ll stomp all over him. That’s a fighter’s mentality.
“I’m going to really want to hurt him. That’s what I want to do.”
