When did Celebrity MasterChef start?

Celebrity MasterChef’s 20th series kicked off at 9pm on BBC One on Monday, November 17, 2025.

Following the Gregg Wallace scandal, the presenters of this series are John Torode and Grace Dent.

However, Celebrity MasterChef 2025 will be his last after he was dropped by the BBC after being accused of using “an extremely offensive racist term”.

Torode said in a statement that he had “no recollection” of the allegation, and also that this year’s Celebrity MasterChef would be his last series hosting the cooking competition.
