Each design shows a calming festive scene, with reindeer, Christmas trees, snow and Father Christmas’s sleigh.

The light-up lantern comes in three shapes you can choose from: Globe, Bauble or Tall.

It also has three different colour choices, which are black, green, navy, red, and silver.

Aldi says you can “create a warm and cosy feel to your home with these LED Lanterns”.

You may want to head down to your local Aldi soon if you’re hoping to get hold of it.

Aldi regularly changes the products in its stores so popular items can go quickly.

Of course, it’s always worth shopping around to see if you can find a better bargain.

Waitrose is currently selling a very similar light-up globe for the same price.

The WonderGlobe is 11cm and comes in the colour Ruby.

It uses warm white LEDs and is battery-powered.

If you want a slightly cheaper version, Frasers is selling a Spirit of Christmas Globe Projection for £5.99.

This is down from its original price of £11.99.

The glass globe is 15cm and is also battery-powered.

If you’re willing to splash out a bit more, The Range is selling the Battery Operated Warm White LED Crackle Ball Christmas with Reindeer and Sleigh.

The 20cm globe features Santa and his reindeer in a snowy sleigh scene.

More on Aldi’s Christmas range

Aldi has unveiled its full Christmas range – from toys and decorations to festive food favourites like double pigs in blankets.

The supermarket giant has been launching a mix of classic favourites and new festive treats arriving in stores up until December.

One big draw for shoppers this year is the return of Aldi’s Ultimate British Free-Range Whole Turkey (4-5.99kg).

Reared slowly and dry-hung for ten days for extra flavour, it’s available in stores from December 19.

Other shoppers are excited about Aldi’s less traditional Christmas mains, such as the Sage & Onion Stuffed Tofu Roasting Joint (£4.99, 400g), the Ultimate Slow Cooked Wagyu Shin (£29.99 per kg) or the Ultimate Salmon Wellington (£12.99, 725g).

The festive selection also boasts party food including Chicken Waffles with Waffle Sprinkles & Maple BBQ Sauce (£3.69, 8 pack), Wagyu Mini Sliders (£5.49, 280g), and the Sriracha King Prawn or Hoisin Vegetable Bao Buns (£4.29, 8 pack).

Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in Aldi’s impressive dessert lineup, including the Hazel Nutcracker (£7.99), Raspberry & Pistachio Yule Log (£9.99), Baked Alaska Bar (£5.99), and Pistachio Tiramisu (£8.99),

Aldi’s Specialbuys also feature everything from sweet stocking fillers to the supermarket’s renowned wooden toy collection.

When’s the best time to shop at Aldi?

WHEN it comes to shopping at Aldi, the best time to do so depends on what you want to buy.

For reduced items – when shops open

Red sticker items are rare at Aldi’s 830 UK stores, but the supermarket says that none of its food goes to waste so there are some to be found – if you’re quick.

A spokesman for the supermarket said: “All items are reduced to 50 per cent of the recommend sales price before stores open on their best before or use by dates.”

That means you have the best chance of finding reduced food items if you go into stores as soon as it opens.

Opening times vary by shop but a majority open from 7am or 8am. You can find your nearest store’s times by using the supermarket’s online shop finder tool.

For Specialbuys – Thursdays and Sundays

Specialbuys are Aldi’s weekly collection of items that it doesn’t normally sell, which can range from pizza ovens to power tools.

New stock comes into stores every Thursday and Sunday, so naturally, these are the best days to visit for the best one-off special deals.

For an even better chance of bagging the best items, head there for your local store’s opening time.

Remember: once they’re gone, they’re gone, so if there’s something you really want, visit as early as possible
